For shipments to countries in Eastern Europe and Arabia, we highly recommend DHL as your carrier of choice. You can choose from express, standard, or economy options based on your budget and needs. With DHL, your packages will reach their destination safely and on time.

Processing Times
Ready-to-ship (RTS) orders take 1-4 business days to process. Please note that this does not include shipping time. If you order an RTS item alongside a pre-order item, both will ship together when the pre-order is ready.

Turnaround Time

  • Pre-order/MTO (Made to Order): 2-3 weeks

Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, or for delays caused by postal services.

Return Policy (French Translation)
